Case Story - Clean Office Carpets, Healthy Environment
I am so drawn by my work I never really pay attention to the little things
Running a company and taking care of everyday obligations consume enough of my time as it is. The other day, we had a meeting in the office of a competitor, who happens to be a friend of mine. I had to wait for a while and so I had the time to notice the environment in this office. Everything seemed spotless and tidy. Not that I care too much about these things but took the liberty to ask my friend about it when the meeting was over. He explained that he leaves everything to Carpet Cleaning Berkeley. He advised me to talk to this company and promised that I would love their services.
The next morning, I called this carpet cleaning company first thing. One of their contractors met me in my office and told me how they work, what they do and their quotes. He was fast and didn't take too much of my time and so I appreciated that. I love service providers who respect other people's time. I also liked that apart from carpet cleaning services, they also clean tiles, rugs and upholstery. He made me an offer and promised to take control of everything. That sounded good and so I went back to work hoping that my office would start looking a bit like my friend's.
A couple of days later, I walked into my office and hardly recognized it. Everything looked different and I could sense that the atmosphere was clean, too. My secretary told me that these professionals came over and cleaned the sofas, the carpets, the tiles and the rug in my private office. I went into my office and was truly amazed by how clean the rug really looked. My secretary was following me around and she carried on telling me about their equipment and how nice they all were! She was really excited! I laughed with her but then she got serious and told me that this was a very wise decision. She explained that all employees of the company (including herself) would work better now since the environment was purified.
A little later, some new clients walked in my office and it was the first time I was noticing customers looking around and being impressed. When we shook hands and agreed to do business together, I secretly knew that my spotless office played some role in this agreement. So, I picked up the phone and thanked this company for their excellent carpet, rug, upholstery and tile cleaning services. My secretary thanked me too before leaving the office and she told me that this was coming from the whole staff. Suddenly, such little things weren't so little anymore!
